Lisa,
Welcome!
If you check the purchase box in the quote you have to make sure you have a
price break for the smallest quantity required if not Vantage will use $0
even if you have an inventory cost. For instance if you need 499 pieces and
your smallest price break is 500 Vantage will use $0 if the purchase check
box is marked.

Subject: [Vantage] RFQ updating quote
Hi there,
I am new to the User Group and am still prototyping Vantage. I have a
question regarding the material and subcontract unit price fields
getting updated from Accepted Vendor responses from the RFQ module. I
have been trying to troubleshoot why sometimes this seems to work and
sometimes it does not. Just when I think I have found the problem, why
the unit cost doesn't populate the quote, then I try again to prove me
theory and sure enough it works on the second try! I thought that it
had to do with multiple entries in the price break table, responses
getting received from multiple vendors, vendor not specified on
material, but as I said after trying these different variations a second
time, the problem didn't appear.
Has anyone else experienced a problem with approved Vendor Responses
populating the quote when the RFQ suggestion was generated from the
quote?
Any recommendations or assistance will be appreciated. Thank you!
