Right-Click into Tracker .dll not valid for user

I just added a new MenuID to the PROCESS section using the right DLL and it all started  “automagially” working. Easy fix.

In Supplier Tracker, when we do a right-click into the Invoice number to open up the GL Transaction Detail Tracker, we are getting a menu access error where the .dll is not valid for the current user.  Is this a user security set up issue?  I can’t seem to find it on the menu tree to access the GL Tran Detail Tracker to test.

We have the same issue I never got a response from Epicor
