If your prowin32.exe is using about 25% of the cpu your good. If it is using
1% or less kill it and start again. My 5.2 to 6.0 schema change took 4 hrs
on a 2.7 GB database.

Hello, anyone out there? I started my Schema Change for 6.0 on our test
machine at 12:30 yesterday. It's still going, at least my task manager
shows activity for prowin32.exe and _mprosrv.exe It's been running 18
hours. It only took 7 hours when I did the Schema Change for 5.2 Should I
be worried that something is wrong?
