Screens auto open upon login

Have a user that after he logs into Epicor, it auto opens some screens for him.

Any ideas on how to disable this? (or even enable it for future use for other users)

That is the “tabs” part of the preferences. I’ve had it happen to me before, and I think it has something to do with adding a menu favorites, but I can’t remember how to recreate that behavior now. But if you clear out the entries in tabs, that should stop.

Sounds like there is a Group set to AutoLoad.

But for only one specific user? And how do you disable AutoLoad?

Yes, this is a user specific setting. Under Classic Style, right-click on the group heading and check / uncheck AutoLoad this Group.

thank you so much for this! had a user who had about 20 windows opening upon login (which brought me back to my AOL adware fighting days). she somehow had her favorites tab set to autoload. unchecked and problem disappeared!
