Service Connect Administration tool

I am getting an error when using the Administration Console to view
the Inbound or Outbound Message objects - "Error occurred during
operation. Unknown exception description (0)."

Is this a known bug in version 8.01.3250 of Service Connect or is
there any way to fix this (Vantage version 8.03.305H)?
