Ship To Search shows no results in Order Entry

One of my coworkers cannot see the Customer Ship To’s when she searches in Order Entry for a new Sales Order.

The search returns no results, she can however manually type in a Ship to code for that customer and it works.

It has something to do with profiles as I can see the Customer Ship-To’s when I search - I have Security Manager access.

Is there a setting buried somewhere? I looked through User Account Maintenance, Company Configuration and Site Configuration as well as company maintenance.

Probably something to do with territory and workforce permissions.


Bingo! I added her to the territory and it did not change but when I changed to role in Work Force to “View all Territories” that did it!

Thank you! I still might have an issue when it comes to territory specific sales people but for her this is perfect!
