Shop Warnings Created but No Email Alert

We have Shop Warnings setup and they are generating in Shop Tracker, but no email is being sent.
I already setup the AlertQue Data Directive per the Help, but I’m wondering if Shop Warnings are out of scope for AlertQue or if we have something else not setup properly.

Just curious which alert and if you can show your setup details?
e.g. Shop Warning, Alert Groups, etc…?

FWIW… I had mixed results with emails for “built in” alerts.
so I finally started going straight to BPMs. Simpler (for me).

Hmmm… now that I think about it, I probably should take a fresh look at “built-in” alert emails in the current version… since it was such a long time ago that I tested built-in alert emails and gave up on them ( E9, maybe even V8 ) .

Is there any way to get Shop Warnings, especially 70 to pop up and allow the operator to correct the amount?

If you are talking, Shop Warnings I don’t know that there are emails but the Alert screens that pop up in MES. There are several checkboxes on the Warnings. If it is showing on the Shop Tracker, is it possible that the ‘Report in Data Collection’ is not checked?

We are seeing the warnings in MES, but according to Epicor documentation KB0133742, “Since ERP 10, email notifications from Shop Warnings require a BPM against the AlertQue table to be set up, in order to send emails.”

The original poster seems to have had the same problem I am experiencing in trying to implement e-mail Shop Warnings - the warnings are not being written into AlertQue to be processed by the AlertQue data directive.

I’m reviewing the configuration to see if we’ve missed something in the Shop Warning configurations or elsewhere that is preventing the expected behavior.

I am working on 2023.2.8 the Global Alert box has been grayed out for Code 70. It very well have been a bug and they turned it off.
