Small Business Ticketing System

We are a small business looking for a service ticket solution that integrates with Epicor 10.2. We are currently looking at Zoho Desk and Zendesk. Does anyone have any cost-effective recommendations for a small business?

We use ServiceDesk plus from zoho. But there isnt any integration with the ERP. I dont even know what I would integrate if there was an option.

Ability to easily transfer the customer data from Epicor to the ticketing system is our main goal. If a solution allows more than that it would be beneficial.

our ticketing system uses AD as does Epicor for us, so we know who the customer is based on the name alone. and then we use screen shots to know where in epicor they are working with the issue. There may be better tools with epicor Collaborator, or possibly some power automate flows that might work.
