This brings up a question I had for Epicor support, but I kept getting voice
mail there, and they kept getting my VM when they called me back (I was at a
Crystal Reports class in MN this week and thought about tracking down
someone in support during a break and asking the question face-to-face but
worried if it would be a serious enough breach of etiquette to get 86'd from
the premises). Anyway, are there accounting problems upgrading from say,
v5.0 to v6.1 mid-period, over a weekend mid-month?

upgrades or is it just me? They used to be the first weekend of the month
and now they tend to be the last weekend of the month. I'll bet both are
bad for most companies. End of month crunch to get stuff out the door makes
last weekend bad. Then the bean counters want to close the books after
month-end so the first weekend is bad too.
Anyone else besides me feel the middle-est weekend of the month would be far
better and less disruptive for upgrades? I know this list is monitored by
Epicor but if there is a lot of support for this concept I'll bring it up at
the MN User Group meeting on the 18th at the Vantage offices.
