Better than adding a line, I would have customer service add misc charge.

I just had this discussion with Epicor. The only way now is to add a
line to the order and have it 'shipped' with the part. There is nothing
that can be done in Vantage short of getting custom programming to
create the program. There was an enhancement request put through for
this...(although I think it was for the ability for customer service to
add a line to the invoice...automated would definitely be best).
If anyone does it a certain way - I would like to hear about it.

Here is what we need:
One of our customers is requiring that for 8 specific parts we show on
our invoices the specific surcharge. How would I go about doing this?
Is there a way to automate it so that our Customer Service staff
wouldn't have to key in the surcharge to each invoice when they see the
part
number? We want to eliminate as much human error as possible (for
example keying in the incorrect surcharge or missing a part number).
