I placed a support call for these to Epicor. The answer was "network
problems".
They did recommend turning on "Can Suspend" for all user accounts.
Although designed for laptops, I think that is allows the client to try
a reconnection after a problem. No idea if it's helping or not.
Brian.

We get this from time to time as well. Happens at least once a week to
one user or another. I'm hoping it's fixed by Epicor 12.
