Unable to view trackers in two of three companies - Value cannot be an empty

Have you guys ever seen this? I’m unable to view all trackers in two of our three companies. It seemed like a menu security setting, but the error details state - Value cannot be an empty.

We just upgraded to 10.2.700 a few weeks ago, and this is in our PILOT environment. It used to work fine. My user is a security manager, I can see the trackers in the menu view, but I can’t even select the base version in developer mode - it errors before I get there. I’ve restarted and cleared cache. Ideas?

I put in Epicare Case CS0002462719. We found that the program field was wiped out on most of the trackers in the two companies. No idea how or why, and it would be a disaster if this happened in the LIVE environment. Fix is to manually add the program back into each tracker via menu maintenance (select the menu item, then actions > copy to current company, add dll, save, and restart). I’ll see if I can get all the DLL’s out of LIVE, and use that to populate a DMT template for our pilot environment.
