User defined table as Child

Hello,
we convert epicor 9 to epicor 10.2. I have one table and it is UD105. now, I need add a user defined table as Child(UD105a). you can see the below. I got two problems.

  1. when I open my customization again, i got popup.
  2. when I tried to add new Child, I got error message.
    Do you know what I did wrong.

Hello All,
this time, I don’t use wizard to create user defined table as child. I think UD105 already implemented Child/ parent relation.

but when I click new Child, I still got error popup. Also, when I click new child, the Child key1 is greyed out and don’t allow me to enter new Child key.

can you please tell me what I did wrong.
