How can I hide an item “Dispatch Requisition” from the list ?
How to change a user’s permissions for an item “Dispatch Requisition” to be read-only?
Have you tried setting up a user group for either allowing access or disallowing access then using field security?

Or Menu Maintenance Security. What are you trying to accomplish from a business and not technical perspective?
