V8.802 process server SU

Can't shed light on your printing problem but Vantage Patch 8.0.803 will
use Crystal XI runtime with much faster report generation. Prior release
generates all fields where 803 generates only what's needed. Since many
custom fields have been added, they're clogging report generation. But
you can select which fields get generated inside Vantage.

Vantage 8 is very intelligent with user timeouts. It won't time out a
user unless the license is needed. So you have to get all licenses in
use to test the timeout.

Our system agent setting as follows and Crystal Reports is working.

Client File Directory c:\Mfgsysdata
Client Program Directory \\hostname\epicor\mfgsys80\Server

Tech support sent us a troubleshooting document. If this does not fix
your problem give them a call.

Dear Vantage Yahooligans,
I am exploring the features of Vantage 8 and am having trouble print
crystal reports (traveler, So Ack forms, etc). When I look in the system
monitor after I submit a crystal print job, I get an "auto error load
report failed" error. My system agent has the following settings:
Server File Directory: \\hostname\Mfgsysdata,
Client File Directory: \\hostname\MfgsysData, Client Program
Directory: C:\epicor\mfgsys80\server.
I checked to see where vantage is putting my temp files when I submitted
the SO ack report and it is on the server! Specifically they reside in
the \\hostname\mfgwrk80 directory.
To those of you who can print crystal reports would you please look at
the settings of your system agent. I suspect that my client setup is
incorrect. Also, in the User Account Maintenance, there is a session
TimeOutMinutes setting per user. I set a user @ 20 minutes and waited
30 minutes to find that nothing happened. Is there a progress config
that needs to be activated for this to work?

kind regards,
