I've been a little confused about this myself. There's an example on the Generate/Prepare/Apply screen that states:
> Ex: If Base UOM is Inches, Foot conversion factor would be 12.0
Ned, did you go the other way around without any huge issues? Zac, do you remember which 'direction' you went with your UOMs?
