6.00.522 - WIP Report Question

There is a WIPCleared flag which is supposed to be set for all closed jobs
when the Capture and Post is run, this will drop those jobs from the Wip
report - even if the phantom purge failed to properly zero the job.

We are on the same level as you (6.00 - 522) and our Wip report included
only open jobs - after the Capture and Post was done. She did have to
update several dates up to March - all the way back from Sept/Oct etc.,
which was pretty strange too. I'm wondering if maybe it's because it's your
first month end since upgrading - and I wonder if you re-ran it, if it
would show only open jobs. Someone else mentioned some issues with
the 522 patch on the WIP capture, but wasn't specific.

Just noticed that after month-end Cost Capture and job closings that the
WIP report is showing closed jobs. It is showing no costs for them but this
makes the report a lot longer than it has to be. It never used to show the
closed jobs. For that matter, when will they stop showing? By the end of
the year this will be a really huge report if every job, open or not, is on
it.

Is this the way it works for everyone else on 6.00? Is the a checkbox
somewhere we don't know about to exclude closed jobs?

I gave a real quick look and I don't see any that are closed some that have been completed .... We are on 6.1

I just received this from support

The patch for this is planned to be released next week.
Please have the parameters increased extremely high and after the patch if run go to the capture and post function.
Then you should be able to placed the parameters back to normal.
