Thanks, Tim. Need to find that flag it sets then.

I know that here (9.04.507A) the Capture COS/WIP Activity process has to
be run before completed and closed jobs fall off of the report.

What makes a Job appear on the WIP Report? Conversely, what makes the
Job
not show up on the report?

I would have thought that a Closed and Complete Job with WIP
Cleared=True
would certainly not show up on the report, but I do have one.

My initial thought was "WIP Jobs" were:

JobComplete = FALSE

JobClosed = FALSE

JobFirm = TRUE

JobReleased = TRUE

WIPCleared = FALSE

That doesn't seem to be the case, however.

Is it simply JobFirm = TRUE??
