I have seen thi issue in the past, after upgrade if you delete the cache on all the client machines (i.e. the EPicor folder in the Program data)Â that should resolve the issue.
Â
Thanks,
Doma.

We had some of the same odd issues and found that clearing all of the cached info in ProgramData fixed them. The issue is security of the folder and the users ability to write data there. It depends on who open Epicor first and became the owner of the folder.
IT had to give the users permission to modify or delete the folder and its contents.
I run the script below to remove the directory on W7 or XP.

I have. This problem is only for 3 people so far for 3 different screens so I was assuming something in the client folder or config was screwed up.

Hi Melissa,
Have you validated your forms in Customizaiton Maintenance? If not this might be part of the problem.
