And sometimes when you cant load EPICOR because of a tmp file.  Use cleanmgr

Of what VIc suggested doesn't work try deleting the files here

We are currently working with the Microsoft CLR Security team on this issue. As a work around can you please delete the following .cch files. %UserProfile%\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\CLR Security Config\ 2.0.50727.312\security.config.cch And any CCH Files in the following directory. C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework \2.0.50727\CONFIG Also what templates were you last working with in CodeSmith? What version of Visual Studio are you using? Thanks

Ok we are getting the Mfgsys.exe error message that it has encountered a problem and needs to close message.  You know the one where it then asks if you want to Send the error to Microsoft or not.

We have reinstalled the client, we took a copy of the file from the server and pasted it and nothing has worked.  Anything else we may need to try since it has been so long since I have had to deal with windows XP?

TIA, Manasa
