Application Studio how to?

Good morning all,

New to the forum here, but I wanted to ask a question regarding the Application Studio. I’ve made a really good, company specific, BAQ that I would like to turn into a dashboard/application in our Kinetic system. After doing some searching in the Epicare Portal through their not quite updated knowledge articles and such, I’m not really seeing an Application Studio “how to”. I was using the new application wizard to, for lack of a better term, assist in the building of the application, but there really isn’t much explanation on where to go.

I understand that a general “how to” doesn’t cover all needs but something that gives someone new to creating applications a general understanding of this tool they’ve replaced the dashboard designer with. My question is: Is there a general “how to” for the Application Studio?

Open Application Studio, then click the help icon and open the first article. Their Application Studio help topics are a decent starting how to.

Then for specific things, there’s a lot on this forum already, or just ask and you’re likely to get some help here.

App Studio Fundamentals User Guide

There are additional guides for App Studio References and App Studio Extensions. The cover indicates Kinetic 2025.2, these are (currently) the most recent available.
