Back flush resulting in Neg inv - SOX issues

If you autoreceive the parts from the previous job it will solve this
problem. The parts are automatically received into inventory when the
employee claims parts on the final operation. If this is a purchased part,
no real fix.

How has anyone addressed potential SOX compliance issues with the
process of back flushing parts resulting in negative inventory? The
parts were available for production it was just a timing issue with the
receipt.
