We use SabreLogic's Logicity program to automate the emailing of our reports, but wrote an ODBC version of the reports to mirror the XML version in Vantage. Logicity has a free version and it works really well. I recall a post a while back on the forum that discussed a method to use the XML output in a Logicity report instead of accessing the data directly via ODBC.
Thanks,
Ed

I just run a scheduled task to send out Invoices and Sales Order Acknowledgements by email. Without APM, that was the only way I knew to get it to work.

If keeping in the Epicor environment is your goal... Then hopefully you
have APM and can get those custom crystal reports in as BAQ reports.
After that you can use the recurring schedule to print to the APM
printer. APM will burst the report (you'd have to put the email address
in the same place on all pages) and send it out as a PDF attachment.
