Anyone ever come across the following error when doing a Inventory Transfer DMT " A transfer record was not found." Although I do have the required DMT fields populated and I can perform a inventory transfer manually and it works. I am SaaS Cloud and latest version. Any ideas or help would be much appreciated.
Are you using the Inventory Transfer map under the Inventory tab in DMT? You included all of the required fields: Company, Plant, PartNum, TransferQty, FromWarehouseCode, FromBinNum, ToWarehouseCode, ToBinNum. If lot-tracked, are you including FromLotNum and ToLotNum? If serial-tracked, you must have one row per serial number OR you must create a ~ concatenated string of serial numbers. If transferring to a different plant, you must include FromPlant and ToPlant. Note: it’s a good idea to include a TranReference too. Show us a sample file (change the part number to “protect the innocent”). I wouldn’t mind running it through our on-premise or one of our cloud test environments.

Sorry that i am just getting back to you on this, however We don’t use serial or lot tracking yet so that wasn’t the issue, it was a bug on epicors end and they said that there is a patch for this but will see. All my required fields were valid and setup correctly. So it was not operator error, system error. Thank you though for reaching out and replying. Have a good one.
