Employee Button is Inactive

Hi,

I was trying to use the move inventory request in 10.2

the employee button is inactive, and no employee is selected by default.

I have already attached the company and employee to the user and still it is same.

this happens in one company and in another company it is automatically picking the assigned employee

I compared both employees and they seems similar.

I have already made the customizations and many developments and was about to deploy to production. found this issue and stuck.

any help is appreciated

Do you need to setup the employee with a Work Force record too?

Id also check that perhaps you may need Material Handler? / Warehouse manager? on employee record:

hi,

As I described, it is happening in some companies not in other companies. the user was assigned to
different employees in different companies. the first company’s employee you open will be assigned to the user automatically and it will search for same id in all companies. I think it is a bug
