Has anyone been able to get requestmove to work in 10.1? it didn’t work in 10.0 and I was hoping that would work in 10.1 but it’s not working in 10.1.600.4 either.
Do you have the employee set to allow Request Move?

Where do you set that? Does is it work in your system? Service said it’s been reported and gave me an SCR # but they didn’t have a fix.
You set all Employee permissions in Employee Maintenance:
Service Maintenance > Time Management > Setup > Employee
Production Management > Job Management > Setup > Employee
I haven’t tested Request Move yet in .600, but since you are, keep us posted!

So if I can check the request move in the regular end activity, it means that I have permissions set correctly right?
Yes
I think what you are seeing is not an option, but a setting in the operation being shown. It is displaying whether RequestMove is enabled on the operation. I wonder if it’s just as easy as opening the properties of that grid and unchecking read-only on that column? Probably not, it’s never that easy
It’s an option when you end activity one by one. So why wouldn’t it be an option in the work queue screen? Also, we have request move set to be checked automatically out of paint, so it shows up checked by default when you end individual activities, but not in the work queue. I just don’t get it. And it has never worked for us in 10.0 and now in 10.1. Service wasn’t any help either.
