How do I add an Inventory field to a Shipment form?

I had something similar where I needed information from OrderRel on the customer shipment entry screen and got some help in this thread.

Adding field to screen

I want to add the Need By date to the Customer Shipment Entry screen on the line level however when trying to add it the OrderHed table is not available for EpiBinding. Can someone walk me through how to do this? I would greatly appreciate it.
