How to get a "Nice Topic" badge on the forum

I believe I figured out how to get a “Nice Topic” badge on this forum… one of 4 ways:

1. Post something helpful (Four posts)
2. Post a RANT (two posts)
3. Announce a new position (two posts)
4. Post a cute baby photo.
