Oh man.. she really went into SLAs and uptime stats.. I mean sure when nothing counts against it your SLA compliance is great. 
That wasnโt really a fair question to Joseโฆ talk about a leading question to a conclusion they wnat.
Most of this feels like leading questions. Heโs doing great though.

The question about SaaS platform was completely deflected. They are not a SaaS platform.
She never mentions PRISM is a cost module not base with Epicor.
My thoughts exactly, she is completely missing the point @josecgomez was making, the upgrade itself takes a day, its all the testing leading up to the forced upgrades that are my concern and I think that was his as well.
Iโm glad the host made them re-visit the topic on upgrade labor. Good host.
