Lot number with a * 0.00 and will not remove from system?

Hello, we want to remove some old lot numbers from the system but i have found the ones with * 0.00 will not remove. i looked for a data fix but was not able to see any that would resolve this issue.

I found a Data fix mentioned below but I can suggest the following steps to check if you don’t have many parts to adjust quantity. This should work.

  1. Navigate to System Management > Company maintenance > Company Configuration, go to Modules tab and change the Quantity Display Decimal = 5, Save.
  2. Navigate to Inventory Management > Setup > UOM
  3. Change the configurations on the UOM to see more decimal places. Decimals = 5, Save.
  4. Exit Epicor and login to the application again
  5. Navigate to Inventory Management > Operations > Quantity Adjustment
  6. Retrieve the part that you want to adjust quantity, you may have some qty in decimals.
  7. Quantity-adjust down the fractional portion of stock and make it to zero and no * will appear anymore.
  8. Revert the changes in Company Config and UOM Maintenance setup if desired.
