I am just wondering if anyone on 10.1.500.45 or slightly below is able to run Mobile CRM? I am having a hard time (even with the help of support) to get it up and running, and I am wondering if this might not be possible (even though I am meeting min requirements).

Latest one is “There are no CRM licenses installed”, even though the CRMLicenseFallbackToDefaultUserAllowed was installed in web.config…
Hi,
The parameter is very only valid in 10.2 (this was confirmed by Epicor).
In order to run it on 10.1.5 & 10.1.6 we needed to purchase stand alone CRM licenses.
Epicor has taken it back to the developer in our case. I will keep the group up to date as to what transpires.
