Requirements for CRM Mobile

Hello,
We are trying to test CRM Mobile on E10.2.300.5 and I have a very basic question. I understand CRM Mobile uses REST and that we need to have a CRM license, but does CRM Mobile require Mobile Access Extension to be deployed as well? Following the Mobile CRM Installation Guide, it doesn’t mention it so I wanted to check to be sure.

Hi,

In the early version (10.1.6) you needed a mobile CRM version.

For 10.2 onwards a CRM licence is sufficient.

In terms of config, it is just a case of installing the mobile BAQ’s from Epicweb,making sure the Rest API is OK and downloading the app.
