[OT] Exchange Question

It may sound strange but I had this happen and I went in and changed
to a different time zone, then back to the proper one and the problem
went away.......

Checked that too. They both are set to daylight savings.
As long as we are talking about exchange today I would like to ask a
question regarding appointments in Outlook 2000 and XP.

Anyone for Thursday PC Mystery Theater...

I have a secretary that has a new XP (pro) PC with Office 2000 loaded on
it. She makes meetings and adds them to her boss's calendar. The
meetings that she schedules are always an hour off on his calendar. 4PM
meeting shows up at 5PM. I have checked the secretary and the boss's
time zone and can find nothing wrong. I have looked on Microsoft's
website but have found nothing relevant. If anyone else adds to the
boss's calendar the meetings show up correctly. She is the only one
with the XP PC.

Any ideas.

Have you checked the time on the server. I recently discovered that several of our new Windows-2000 PCs were "receiving" time updates from the Windows-200 server and file modified times were off. Could Exchange be using the server time? Maybe the server did not change to daylight savings? We turned off the time update service on the clients and forced them to maintain time locally and things are a lot better.

Just a couple blind stabs.

Checked that as well as daylight savings (twice even). I will check
into Todd's time update feature. I will report back what I find.

Thanks everyone.
