Soon to be the Planet Hollywood Hotel & Casino. $59/night for a basic ("deluxe") room not facing the strip for the nights of the 16th-20th of October. Aladdin is a long "block" from Caesars (past Bally's and Paris and kittycorner across the strip) but for $59 looks like a good deal if the budget is really tight so might be worth trying.
