I’ve got a process stuck in scheduled tasks in our test app server, but our production app server is running reports perfectly fine and I’d rather not do anything to change that. Is there a way to reset the ICE task agent for the test app server only? Both app servers are on the same physical server and connected to the same administration console. (We’re working on getting a separate VM for testing.)
Is the standard way of stopping and starting the individual agent not working? Click task agent configuration from either application server and then select just the Test agent and click actions - stop and then actions - start once stopped.
Oh cool, I wasn’t sure if that option would work on individual app servers. Problem solved!
