Scanner Configuration for Job Traveler

Hello All,

I am trying to configure my barcode scanner to scan the Job Traveler barcodes. I have enabled Add Tab on the scanner config and that works to scan the job number and tab down to Assembly Sequence, but when I scan the Assembly Sequence number the Add Tab config does not work. It inputs the sequence number but does not tab down to the Operation field. Instead, I have to select the dropdown to input the assembly.

Anyone run into this before and come up with a solution?

I haven’t used barcode scanners in Epicor yet, but in my past job we used them a lot. Could it be that you just need an extra “tab” to get to the next field? Count the number of times you have to manually press the tab key, and then duplicate this in your barcode scanner setup. Good luck!
