Serial Tracking for Parts in each Plant

Just write a BAQ and export the results to excel then bring them back in via DMT.

I have come across a rather bothersome problem:  serial tracking was not properly applied to each Part, prior to DMT against v.905.702A.  As a result, we have more than occasional Receiving issues against tracked parts.

Is there any way to export all registered Parts such that I can reset the serial tracking against each and then re-DMT them?  I thought DMT was able to export AND import those records, but that seems to have been a pipe dream + I have not found a clear-cut way to export every Part in the SQL DB into Excel without creating havoc.
