Pet peeve - what is the deal with the sort order when you search for an “app” to make a tile in Kinetic?
Is there any logic to the sort order? It sure does not seem alphabetical.
Looks like it’s scoring where “Shipment” is in the string. 2nd word for the first 2 results, and the first result has a lower letter than the 2nd. Third word for the 3rd result?
That is a little nicer than the modern search when I want Part Entry.
I have to scroll through a dozen unrelated menu items until I get to Part... And I can't search by Part Entry, since that's not what Epicor named the menu shortcut! Grrr... (and I don't want to rename it, since the next install will overwrite the changes).

Hmm. Try again. This is the top of that list:
“Confirm customer shipment” is there twice, non-consecutively.
But yes, I am tempted to put in an Idea to once-and-for-all rename Part Entry and all its cousins (Supplier [Maintenance], Count Discrepancy Reason [Code Entry], etc.).
That’s nutty!
I’ll vote for your idea. Maybe they’ll ‘fix’ things that don’t sound flashy for the v-next marketing slides

The other one that always got me is Engineering Workbench. Can we just call it “Method Entry”? That’s what it is. And the tracker is called Method Tracker.
