I’m getting some PO suggestions for some jobs that are complete/closed.
I see the records are showing up in the PartDtl table. Is there any way to clear these out or some way to regen the PartDtl records? Not sure why these rows are still in there.
Aaron - Have you run “Refresh Part Bin QOH” and “Refresh Part Quantities and Allocations” off-hours to see if that would clear it up?
Both of the parts are parts on the fly, so that process won’t work.
Epicor has a fix that goes through the PartDtl table and clears up orphaned records. I just can’t remember the name of it.

Just curious, have the jobs been shipped?
If we accidentally close a job before it ships, we will get new PO suggestions.
I had the same issue, put in a case to Epicor and received a Data Fix

Lacey, one was shipped and then closed.
The other was completed, shipped, but not closed yet.
I’ll open up a case with Epicor and see if I can get the fix.
