I worked with it in Vantage 8.03.4xx but its been awhile. Let me look back at my notes from there and share with you what we had to do

LOL yes, I understand why you would ask but even without the constrained button being checked, again from the Technical Guide: "In reality, all materials are constrained. However, you should only constrain materials that are absolutely
necessary at certain points in the schedule. If you indicate that all materials are constrained, the scheduling
engine will add too much time to each job schedule."
In our reality nothing is constrained.
