What is 'M' in Epicor PORel.Status

,

I found that PORel.Status in my records have value ‘M’ and what does ‘M’ means?

Below is the description for PORel.Status… from BAQ menu.

Indicates the current status of the release. This field is maintained by the System automatically. The possible values are: Open (O), Arrived (A), Inspection (I), Received (R), Consumed (U), Drop Shipped (D), Closed (C), Voided (V).

@Jaddy
May it is customer managed inventory.

What is the value in PO type ? (poheader)

Hmmm… looked in field help, and “M” is not listed…
for a test, I FORCED an “M” into the field, and then ran PO Entry to see what the display showed, and it displays “Closed” when the value is “M”.
so maybe it means “Manually closed”? not sure.

I would agree with @timshuwy. It would appear that if you receive a portion of the qty but don’t mark the receipt as received complete and then manually close the release it gets the “M”.
